This more formal style menu is a great choice for in-home dinner parties and formal seated dinner events from your vacation rental.

Wedding Party Menu and Menu for Other Formal Style Events

There is a 8 person minimum for this service. Market prices can adjust the cost of estimate.

Hors d’oeuvres

Salads

  • Stuffed free range chicken- andouille sausage, boursin cheese and spinach.
  • Caribbean spiced mahi mahi- with pineapple, jalapeno chutney

  • Pulled pork and Mac “ succulent smoked pulled pork stacked on creamy home-made macaroni and cheese and smattered with sweet BBQ sauce.
  • Caribbean lobster tail “ broiled or stuffed served with drawn butter or lemon butter.
  • Stuffed flounder, A PANHANDLE CLASSIC! fresh local flounder with crab meat stuffing and lemon butter
  • Jumbo shrimp and grits “ succulent gulf shrimp in a creamy andouille and garlic creole sauce served over cheese grits

    Local Panhandle Classics Menu

    Southern style sides, fresh caught grouper, snapper and our prized locally caught blue crab and Gulf Shrimp. This menu gives you a taste of our local favorites and my Grandmother’s take on low country cuisine.

    Chef’s Tasting Menu

    Our Chef`s Tasting menu provides a tasting of many of our local cuisines and specialties. It also allows the Chef to take advantage of fresh Seafood ingredients. You choose the journey and the Chef will help you choose a wine pairing that will go along with each portion of the evening. 

    Mediterranean Style Menu

    Greek style food so good you will think Yia-Yia is in the kitchen. Abundant selection of seafood, free range chicken and New Zealand Lamb-Chops- a favorite family style dinner with our beach visitors. 

    Taco Bar Menu

    This menu is a family favorite for poolside parties, spring breaks and of course Taco Lovers! Fish tacos are a local favorite, but Chef is a taco connoisseur and loves all things delicious when it comes to tacos. Served two ways, pre-made tacos displayed on our beautiful Taco boards or Family style make your own.

    Low Country Boil Menu

    Cajun style shrimp, sausage, corn & potatoes with melted butter for dipping. YUM YUM!! Kick it up a notch by adding Fresh crawfish (in season), blue crab (in season) or snow crab. You can also add low country sides like Pulled pork, Jambalaya or Grandma’s creamy Mac-n- cheese…but please-don’t slap Grandma!

    Hook and Cook Menu

    You hook’em and I’ll cook’em! Chef will debone and portion your catch, and then cook it right in your vacation home. Blackened, grilled or pan fried with your choice of sides & dessert.
