Their assistants Nicki & Sharon were sweet and kind just as the chef. We had a house of nine and everyone really enjoyed ALL of the prepared meals from breakfast to dinner. We had a Greek/Mediterranean night, surf/turf night, and a Taco Tuesday night. If I had to pick the absolute favorites it would be eggs Benedict & crab cakes. From the shrimp skewers and crab cakes to the filet and blackened grouper, Chef was masterful in our VRBO kitchen and the presentation was just as incredible. Did I mention the Mac-n-cheese?!?! Chef and Nicki brought it all right to us and we just ENJOYED. It was so much better than going out and we would do it again! We are STILL talking about our fab dinner!!!

We decided to hire a chef for a party of 10 vs cooking or ordering food. We did a lot of research and 30a vacation chef had great reviews. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made on the trip. They exceeded all expectations. Chef Franco and Nicki came in and were an absolute machine cranking out a fantastic dinner. Chef Franco is an outstanding chef and all the food was delicious. Tuna dip, Filet mignon, shrimp pasta, Mac and Cheese were ridiculous. These are great people to work with. Highly recommend.

Menu / Price List

$0 – NO extra Chef service fees

We are an independently owned Chef service, not a caterer that sends in pre-cooked meals warmed up by a random cook. Menus are sold by the serving and not by the person.

$0 – NO additional grocery fees

We do not charge an additional grocery fee, unless you add something to the menu or market price changes. Our menus are $105 to $145 per serving. NO extra fees, only tax (7%) and gratuity (20%). Children’s menu for 10 years and younger is $10 per serving.

$400 – deposit to reserve date

The $400 deposit is non-refundable and is subtracted from the final cost of your bill which is due the night of your party. The deposit holds your date then you have 30 days before your dinner to finalize your group’s menu.

Family-style or plated menus

Prices range from $105 to $145 per person, for plated menus add $150 server fee

All our menus are designed for diverse families and guest preferences. A little something for everyone. Featuring made from scratch food with big flavors and beautiful presentations. Meals are accompanied with a non-intimidating, warm and inviting feel. There is an 8-person minimum for these menus.
These menus can be served family style or plated for $105 to $145, per group, depending on menu choice.

Bartending Services

Sit back and relax while we do the serving! Our bartending service can be an add-on to your private chef experience for only $16.50 pp, or without dinner service for $20 pp. You provide the bar supplies, such as mixers, sodas, juice, ice, etc., and the alcohol (or have us pick it up and delivered with our Stock the Fridge personal shopper service!).

Services

Our private Chef services are tailored to meet your individual needs

Private Chef – In home vacation rental meal preparation and service. I work closely with my clients and take into consideration their preferences when customizing menus for their vacation or retreat in home meals. This is a daily or weekly meal service that offers heat and serve ready to eat meals. Includes shopping for the ingredients, cooking and cleaning up after the meal is made. This does not include the set up for a buffet or the plating of any food. However, for an additional fee this service is available.

In home dinner parties – This could be for a poolside party, special occasion, formal sit-down dinner or a buffet style event in your vacation home rentals. This service includes purchasing all ingredients for food served as well as specialty drinks, liquor, beer and wine. We will set up or serve agreed upon items as well as supply any party needs that are requested such as plates, utensils, cups and ice. This service also includes complete clean-up of all dishes, glasses, garbage and floors so you can enjoy your guests, not clean up after them. This service does include a server for up to 12 people and carries a service fee and a gratuity fee.
