Chef’s Tasting
Our Chef`s Tasting Menu provides a tasting of many of our local cuisines and specialties. It also allows the Chef to take advantage of fresh Seafood ingredients. You choose the journey and the Chef will help you choose a wine pairing that will go along with each portion of the evening.
Panhandle Classics
Thanks to our coastal location in the Panhandle of Florida, we offer a little bit of everything. Southern style sides, fresh caught grouper, snapper and our prized locally caught blue crab and Gulf shrimp. This menu gives you a taste of our local favorites and my Grandmother’s take on low country cuisine.
Mediterranean Style
Greek style food so good you will think Yia-Yia is in the kitchen. Abundant selection of seafood, free range chicken and New Zealand lamb chops- a favorite family style dinner with our beach visitors.
Taco Bar
This menu is a family favorite for poolside parties, spring breaks and of course Taco Lovers! Fish tacos are a local favorite but Chef is a taco connoisseur and loves all things delicious when it comes to tacos. Served two ways, pre-made tacos displayed on our beautiful taco boards or family style make your own.
Low Country Boil
Cajun style shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes with melted butter for dipping. YUM! YUM!! Kick it up a notch by adding fresh crawfish (in season), blue crab (in season) or snow crab. You can also add low country sides like pulled pork, Jambalaya or Grandma’s creamy mac-n-cheese… but please – don’t slap Grandma!
Hook & Cook
You hook’em and I’ll cook’em! Chef will debone and portion your catch, and then cook it right in your vacation home. Blackened, grilled or pan-fried with your choice of sides and dessert.
Mediterranean Gyro Bar
Classic Greek food wrapped into a gyro bar. Our Mediterranean-style gyro bar brings together mouthwatering grilled meats such as lamb and beef, paired with warm pita bread, fresh vegetables and delicious Greek sauces. Add in homemade hummus and whipped feta dip with veggies, and this gyro bar is sure to be a hit at your next party or family gathering.
Breakfast Dropoff
This special service is only available to groups that have already purchased a private dinner. Our Chef will make you a classic breakfast with all your favorites such as fluffy eggs, bacon, and cheese grits, and drop it off at your home or vacation rental the night before. Brunch
Our Brunch service is the perfect way to complete your Florida Panhandle vacation. Perfect for family vacation, girls’ trips, or special celebration, our brunch starts off with classic cocktails such as Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s. Customize your brunch menu to include your group’s favorites such as Chicken and Waffles or Crab Cakes, completing the meal with breakfast staples such as fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and fresh fruit!
Weddings & Events

What’s Included
Our services include purchasing all ingredients for food served as well as specialty drinks, liquor, beer and wine. We will set up or serve agreed upon items as well as supply any party needs that are requested such as plates, utensils, cups and ice. Service also includes complete clean-up of all dishes, glasses, garbage and floors so you can enjoy your guests, not clean up after them.
Bartending Services
Bring your private event or large family vacation to the next level by adding bartending services! Why spend time mixing and pouring drinks at your own party, when you could just hire a bartender? Our experienced bartending team will take care of the drink so you can relax.
