Chef Franco Easterling is originally from this area and has traveled extensively. Over the last 30 years, he has worked in highly rated restaurants, for professional athletes, many top executives and celebrities from all over the world. Living in many different cities around the country and working for and with many different chefs and culinary visionaries has helped Chef Franco refine his cooking style to put the art of food preparation into the forefront. He now resides in 30A Florida, back home, providing in home personal chef services and one-of-a-kind food experiences. 

We crave food in its purest form, and Chef Franco wants you to taste that fresh caught pan-fried snapper, the perfectly grilled Porterhouse and his farm fresh vegetables. As the premiere 30A private chef, his job as a chef is to bring the absolute best out of the ingredients so his clients have the best experience possible.
